RFQ/P NO. 2024-01 FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE
DUARTE HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS COMPLEX & OTHER PROJECTS AS IDENTIFIED

The Duarte Unified School District (District) is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified and duly licensed Environmental Consultant(s) to provide the services necessary to assure that the Duarte High School Sports Complex Project and other future Capital Improvement Projects as identified to comply with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”).
Experienced firms should submit a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and Proposal as set forth in the RFQ/P, which defines the services sought by the District and generally outlines the requirements for submittal.
The selected firm must sign the enclosed DRAFT Professional Services Agreement (Non-Construction). The terms included within the Agreement are non-negotiable. Responses to this RFQ/P should encompass all services included within the Agreement, and full performance of all items should be reflected in the fees schedule provided in the proposal.
Proposals are due by 12:00 PM on June 14, 2024, and must be emailed on or before the due date and hour set in the RFQ/P with a subject line of “DUSD – RFQ/P Response – CEQA Services”. Emailed responses that are received after 12 PM on June 14, 2024, will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that their Proposal is received in proper time.
