LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP)

The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) empowers local school districts to set their own priorities and allocate resources based on the unique needs of their students. LCAP represents a shift towards local decision-making in education.
